BMZA Zoning Hearing: October 20, 2026

The Board of Municipal and Zoning Appeals (BMZA) hears the zoning cases listed on the docket for this date: requests for variances and conditional uses, and appeals of zoning decisions. Anyone may attend, and anyone may speak in support of or against a case. Streaming and broadcast depend on CharmTV's schedule and are not guaranteed. If you need to be heard, come in person. Email documents to [email protected] by 1 pm on Monday, October 19, or bring eight printed copies to the hearing. Documents cannot be shown on screen in the boardroom, and anything emailed after the deadline is considered only if you also bring it in person.
