Powerful Tools for Caregivers Fall Cohort (2026)

This six-week, evidence-based program is designed to help caregivers build the skills and confidence to care for themselves while caring for others. By strengthening your own health and well-being, you are better equipped to provide quality care. Each session is led by trained facilitators and includes the Powerful Tools for Caregivers Workbook, which offers exercises and additional caregiver resources. Dates: Fridays, October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 and November 6, 2026 (6-week series) Lunch is provided!
