The Gavel Gala

The Gavel Gala is an interactive fundraising and networking event hosted by Morgan State University Mock Trial to support our two teams as they prepare to compete at Temple University in November and Dillard University in January. With a goal of raising $5,000 or more, attendees will participate in a live fundraising countdown while learning about the accomplishments, growth, and impact of our Mock Trial program. The evening will feature interactive icebreakers, a student-led mocktail competition, light refreshments, and engaging games designed to bring students, legal professionals, organizations, and community members together. The networking portion will provide students with opportunities to build meaningful connections, explore potential internship opportunities, and engage with professionals and fellow organizations. Together, we will celebrate the future of Morgan Mock Trial, support our students’ journey into the legal profession, and work toward reaching our $5,000+ goal before the final verdict is announced!
