Teen Drum Circle

Join our Fall 2026 Social Drum Circle 🥁🍂 Bring youth, families, and community members together to explore rhythm, connection, and creativity through accessible, group-based music making. Led by our music therapist members can work on self-expression, teamwork, emotional regulation and collaboration through drumming and community building. Open to all ages and abilities over 12yo. This is a great way to decompress, self-reflect and meet new people. Parents and caregivers, please plan to attend with your loved one if they have significant behavioral, attention or bathrooming needs. This is a 6 session bundle. Sessions run from 4:30pm to 5:30pm: Nov 5th, 12th, 19th, and Dec 3rd, 10th, and 20th \(skipping the week of Thanksgiving\).
