Paint from Your Soul Class

Join us for a special 3-hour class of Paint From Your Soul, featuring "The Healer" archetype. This transformational art experience is designed for women to step away from daily stress, nurture themselves, and focus on healing our souls through creative expression. In this intimate, heart-centered session, we will explore the energy of "The Healer" to foster deep self-compassion, emotional restoration, and inner peace using art and personal symbolism. Through gentle breathwork, guided meditation, and an intuitive painting process, you will bypass the inner critic and let an expressive portrait emerge on the canvas that reflects your unique journey toward restoration. No prior painting experience or technical skill is needed, this workshop is entirely about authentic expression, self-care, and the journey of the maker in a supportive, judgment-free space. This workshop is taught by Beka of https://www.lotusunfolding.org/
