Civil Rights Week LGBTQ Training

**THIS TRAINING IS FOR CITY OF BALTIMORE EMPLOYEES ONLY** Hosted by the Mayor's Office of LGBTQ+ Affairs, this training introduces core LGBTQ+ concepts and explores the importance of inclusive behaviors in the workplace. Through practical scenarios and real-world examples, participants will learn how to use respectful language, foster a supportive work environment, and recognize opportunities to strengthen LGBTQ+ inclusion in their daily interactions.
