C. S. Lewis's The Great Divorce Reading Group

I would like to start a reading group for The Great Divorce by the notable Inkling, C. S. Lewis. Thankfully, The C. S. Lewis Institute has been kind enough to agree to send us some copies for this group. Before they do though, I want to get a good estimate of how many copies we will need which is why I have attached a survey to gauge interest.
